An online introductory conference on the project №BG16M1OP002-2.009-0036 “Pilot demonstration model for circular economy” was held on December 17, funded by the Operational Program “Environment 2014-2020”, co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund EU development.
The event attracted participants from all target groups – state and municipal administration, business, non-governmental and civil sector and the general public.
Presenters at the conference were Tsvetomir Kalchev, project manager; Elitsa Hristova, moderator; Svetlana Bozhkova, thematic expert “Waste Management”; Victoria Belokonska, thematic expert on Waste Collection and Treatment and George Zashev, thematic expert on “Information Technology and Databases”.
During the conference the experts presented the project activities, its goals, advantages, benefits and opportunities. In the ensuing discussion after the end of the presentation, experts and participants asked important questions, discussed new ideas and confirmed their future partnership and cooperation.
