Dobrina Ignatova is a Civil Engineer in water supply and sewerage – networks and facilities, acquired at the Higher Institute of Architecture and Construction. She has successfully completed numerous courses and specializations to improve her qualifications as a designer and specialist in the field of environment and infrastructure projects.
She has held the position of Chief Associate for Management of European Projects and Programs, at the Department of Project Evaluation and Contracting, General Directorate “Operational Program Environment”, Ministry of Environment and Water. She has held expert positions in the Tender and Evaluation Department, EU Environmental Funds Directorate, Ministry of Environment and Water. Throughout her professional career, she has been involved in the design of external plumbing and sewage networks, internal W&S installations, hydro facilities, treatment plants, etc. She has significant practical experience as an evaluator of project proposals, both in connection with the provisions of Decree № 162 of the Council of Ministers and of infrastructure project proposals under OP “Environment”.
She has over 41 years of practical professional experience. She has experience in Operational Program “Environment”, OP “Human Resources Development”, OP “Good Governance” and others.
